Three questions
Everything we do comes back to three questions:

Building for the first two taught us how discovery is changing — from search results, to AI-generated answers, to software that reads documentation and calls APIs directly. The third is how we put that experience to work for other businesses.
Why “sideways”
Most visibility work attacks discovery head-on: more content, more keywords. We approach it from the side — through infrastructure, machine-readable data and agent interfaces — the layers that decide whether all that content can be found, trusted and used.
Our mark, >/, is a prompt followed by a path: an instruction, then a direction.
How we work
We're a small, independent studio. That means you work directly with the people doing the engineering, a limited number of engagements at a time, and recommendations that aren't padded to fill a retainer.
We're new as a services practice, so we don't have client case studies to show yet — and we won't invent any. You can judge our work by our products, by this site, and by a fixed-scope assessment.
